What These Numbers Are For
- Water removed per batch is what the condenser has to trap, so it drives condenser sizing rather than chamber volume.
- Finished weight is almost always a small fraction of the fresh weight, which is where buyers most often mis-size.
- Shelf area is the batch divided by loading density, so packing the trays harder does not create free capacity.
