SHENGTU / Manufacturing & supply chain

Know where your equipment comes from.

A production line brings together different machines, processes and responsibilities. See how our own manufacturing bases and selected partner factories contribute to the equipment on your order.

Production footprint

Own manufacturing, with specialist equipment sourced to fit.

SHENGTU has four owned and self-built manufacturing bases. Our own bases cover approximately 80% of our main equipment categories; around 20% of specialized or supplementary equipment is supplied through long-term selected partner factories.

This describes our equipment range, rather than a fixed split for every order. A project can combine several process technologies, so the source needs to be checked against its actual machine list.

Our headquarters are in Zhucheng, Shandong, with branches in Qingdao, Changzhou and Weifang. Across these four cities, our office and display footprint exceeds 20,000 m², including an approximately 5,000 m² food machinery showroom.

Office and showroom locations provide places to discuss process flow and review equipment. They should not be read as a location list for the four manufacturing bases.

Equipment coverage

Start with the process your product needs.

Our published range covers food preparation, thermal processing, drying, freezing and line integration. The manufacturing source of a particular model is confirmed during project review.

Preparation

Washing, cutting & forming

Equipment for fruit and vegetables, meat preparation, forming and the transfer between process stations.

Processing

Heat treatment & extrusion

Retort sterilization, pasteurization, food extrusion, frying and coating equipment selected around the required product route.

Preservation

Drying & freezing

Freeze drying, hot-air drying and quick-freezing equipment, with packaging and handling interfaces reviewed alongside the process.

Quality checks

Follow the equipment from specification to packing.

The inspection stages described in our equipment workflow provide a practical structure for reviewing quality. Agree the test conditions and the records you require before manufacturing begins.

  1. Incoming materials

Check specified materials and purchased components before they enter production.

  2. Work in progress

Review welding, forming and machining while those operations remain accessible for inspection.

  3. Assembly

Check mechanical fit, guarding and control wiring against the agreed equipment configuration.

  4. Factory testing

Operate the equipment and check its functions against the agreed specification before packing.

  5. Shipment preparation

Check packing, markings and the document set against the shipment list.

Before order confirmation

Make the supply boundary visible in writing.

For a mixed-source line, review the machine list as carefully as the overall layout. This makes it easier to discuss interfaces, spare parts and service responsibilities before equipment reaches your site.

What to confirm

  • The model, configuration and manufacturing source for each machine.
  • Which conveying, utilities connections and control interfaces are included.
  • Factory test conditions, inspection access and acceptance records.
  • Manuals, electrical drawings and applicable model-specific documents.
  • Installation support, spare parts and the responsible service contact.

Visit & discuss

Review the equipment before committing to a line.

A live video discussion or an in-person visit can help you examine the relevant equipment and showroom. Share your product, target capacity and proposed machine list so the visit can focus on the processes that matter to your project.
