UHT Line Selector

Enter the product and the market it has to survive. The selector returns the acidity band, the heating route, the tube class and the holding tube volume your throughput implies, which is the same shortcut our engineers use on a first call.

Model assumptions this tool declares: acidity bands are cut at pH 4.6 and pH 4.2; a largest piece of 3 mm or more moves the line to a wide tube with positive displacement pumping; an aseptic line is treated as warranted when the required shelf life passes 45 days or the market has no cold chain to rely on. The holding tube volume shown is throughput multiplied by the shorter hold in the band. None of this replaces a scheduled process, which is established for your product, container and load by a qualified person.
