Eight Stations: What Each One Prevents
A leafy line is only ever quoted as a whole, which makes it hard to see what a shorter quotation has removed. Select a station to read what it does, what fails downstream without it, and the exact question that settles whether it is really in the offer.
Crop in → stations 1 to 8 → sealed pack out. Product moves one way; every station downstream inherits whatever the station before it left behind.
Station 1
Pre-wash / soak tank
What it does
A bubble washing machine agitates the tank so field soil, sand, surface residue and loose outer leaves lift away before any blade touches the crop.
Why it is there
Soil removed before cutting is soil that never enters the cut surface.
What fails without it
Grit is driven into cut edges, blade life collapses, and the wash water fouls within a single shift.
Ask the supplier
- Is the tank volume stated against the rated throughput, or only as a tank size?
- How is bulk soil removed from the tank without draining it mid-shift?

The verification questions are procurement questions, not performance claims: they are worded so that any supplier, including this one, has to answer them in writing against your crop before the quotation can be compared with another.
