Can the brush set be swapped without removing the drum, and how many people does it take?
Are brush pressure and dwell time stored as recallable crop presets, or set by hand each time?
How is the tank drained and refilled, and where does the spent water go?
Which conveyor and grader settings are mechanical adjustments rather than control-system parameters?
Does a cutting blade or knife-set change require the machine to be broken down, and who is certified to do it?
What does your own contamination control plan require between these two crops, and is it written down?
Can peeling depth be recalled per crop, or is it dialled in on scrap product every time?
Are downstream packing and labelling formats part of the same changeover window, or a separate one?
Which of these variables can be stored as a recallable crop preset on the control system, and which will always stay mechanical?
