CIP Scope Readiness Score

A CIP quotation stalls on missing facts, not on missing intent. These ten yes-or-no questions tell you whether your scope is ready to price today, or which two or three facts are still absent. No contact details are needed and nothing is sent anywhere — the score is worked out in your browser.

How the Score Is Worked Out

The first seven questions are the seven inputs a circuit survey needs, and they are the ones that actually decide the build. The last three shape the quotation rather than the skid — the wetted grade you already run, the connection standard on your existing pipework, and whether an auditor will ask for parameter logging. A scope is ready to price when nothing is outstanding; anything missing is assumed conservatively and marked as an assumption in the quotation so you can correct it.

A partial score is still worth sending. Most enquiries arrive with two or three of these open, and naming them is faster than guessing at them.
