Model assumptions this tool declares: product density 1.03 kg per liter and specific heat 3.9 kJ per kg per K, which are the values we use for white milk before a recipe is known; steam latent heat 2100 kJ per kg at the pressure a plant normally supplies; heating duty is the load from inlet to sterilization temperature, reduced by the regeneration you select. Cooling water, chilled water, compressed air and installed electrical power are quoted per model against your actual product, and are not estimated here.
