What this fork assumes

The shared front end is the five stations that handle milk before any product decision is made. Each route then carries three dedicated stations. Vessel count is sized on a nominal eight-hour production shift and a 1,000 litre modular vessel step, with one shared front-end vessel plus one dedicated vessel per route as the floor. These are planning assumptions for scoping a layout, not a quotation: your figure comes back in writing once a process engineer has your floor plan and pack format.
